Questions
Is it a subscription?
No. Premium is a one-time payment for one party. Your next party starts free again.
When do I pay?
Only when you share a Premium invite, and you see the price first. Nothing Premium is ever picked for you: each Premium design or extra is marked, and you can switch back to free any time before you share.
How are guests counted?
By the people on your guest list. Someone bringing a plus-one is still one guest. If your list grows past your tier, you pay only the difference.
Do my guests pay anything?
Never. Guests open your link, RSVP and get ready without an app or an account.
Is tax included?
Yes, the price you see is the price you pay. Checkout is run by Link, Stripe’s checkout service, which emails your receipt; your statement shows the charge as LINK.COM* followed by Camena.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you change your mind, you get a full refund within 14 days of paying, as long as no guests have RSVP’d yet. After that, write to us anyway and we’ll look at it case by case. Email help@withcamena.com.
Planning for more than 100 guests?
A free invite holds 50, and Premium goes up to 100 for now. Bigger parties are coming.
