• Send the full itinerary with addresses and a packing list
• Collect final payments
• Plan groceries for the house: breakfast, snacks, drinks

Weekend of

• Decorate the house before the bride arrives
• Keep one quiet block in the schedule
• Make sure the bride never pays for anything

• Share one photo album and settle up within a week
